  • Biography For sixteen years, I danced professionally with some of America’s largest ballet companies. I trained as a full scholarship student at the School of American Ballet, as well as other renowned ballet schools. For the past ten years, I have taught professionals, pre-professionals, adults and children. I choreographed a full-length production of Nutcracker as well as over thirty other ballets. Additionally, I am certified in Gyrotonic Expansion System, which allows me to train dancers to stretch and strengthen muscles, while also articulating and mobilizing the joints, resulting in improved flexibility and injury prevention.
